The Spotted Deer
Photographed by : Anirudh Vidyabhushan
Captured at : Panna Tiger Reserve, India
He stood tall and proud, a spotted deer stag bathed in golden light. The sunlight cut through the forest canopy just enough to reveal his form, lighting up his coat and making his eyes glow with quiet strength. It was a moment suspended in stillness - regal, gentle, and unmistakably wild. There was no sound, just the presence of a being who belonged to the land, glowing against the forest like a whisper of sunlight itself.
At Art of Jungle, we honour the overlooked - the grace, the posture, the poetry in pause. This piece is a tribute to the elegance of the forest’s silent watchers, and the fleeting magic of perfect light.
